Huggies. When you buy Huggies products, you’ll notice a code somewhere on the container. If you log onto their website and join their rewards program, you’ll be able to redeem that code for points towards coupons, diapers, and many other Huggies items. Registration for their Little Huggies program will also net you a free sample of their diapers, with one or two newborn sized diapers and a small pack of wipes.
Baby Carrier. My baby carrier is my best friend. It has proved a wonderful resource on outings with my little ones, especially during those first few months. With it, I can travel without the hassle and bulk of a stroller. It also helped me keep my baby close to me and away from unwanted germs. Use the code ENBABY in the Seven Slings site  to avail of a free baby carrier.

Giving Diapers, Giving Hope. This is perhaps my favorite of the free diaper finds. This site provides lower income families with free cloth diapers. There is an application and approval process, but if your budget is truly tight, this is a wonderful program to look into. I used it myself with my first baby and found the diapers I was sent were in excellent shape and lasted well beyond my baby’s need for them.

Amazon is a close second to Target when it comes to my favorite things in life. Did you know you can register for your baby shower through Amazon too? If you have Amazon Prime just register and spend $10, then you get to pick out a free baby stuff welcome box to be sent to your doorstep. The items in the welcome box are typically valued around $35, so it’s a pretty great deal!
As your pregnancy progresses, make sure that you think about other ways to save money so you can have your baby on a budget. You’ll want to take a look at how to create a personal budget if you haven’t already. You’ll also want to decide whether you should use cloth diapers and if cloth diapers can save you money or not (hint: they won’t save every family money). You’ll also want to make sure that you don’t overbuy items for your baby since doing so can cause you major financial trouble. When you’re buying the items you need for your new baby, keep these 10 items you really need for baby in mind so that you don’t overspend. You also may want to check out these 30 things to stop buying and make since they will help you cut your household expenses significantly.
Baby Greeting. “The President sent me a card when I was born!” Don’t you kind of wish you could say that? With this little-known request form, your little one can make this boast! Just follow the link to the White House Presidential Greetings Request page and fill out the form to submit your request. For baby, you’ll have to wait until after delivery, but it must be done before little one’s first birthday. Be sure to save the envelope, as that is the only part where your child’s name will be.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I am pregnant with my second child, but signed up for almost all of these with my first! I am here to tell all of you, 90 % of these are completely FREE! That means NO SHIPPING! The only thing that stinks is it usually takes two months to get the freebies and by then you’ve forgotten about them, or worse you think the company has forgotten about you…until one day you receive a package full of wonderful baby items and then they just keep coming! Many of the formula brands will send multiple packages! I signed up with Enfamil and they sent a feeding package and a few weeks later they sent me THREE FULL SIZE BOTTLES of prenatal vitamins! I have never paid shipping for any of our freebies and am currently signing up for this pregnancy, because these companies DO care about expectant mothers, and THEY ARE AWESOME! Thank you again Savvy Bump for putting all of these promotions in one place so I am not scouring the internet trying to remember what sites we signed up on last time around. YOU ARE FABULOUS!

Target is my life. No for real, I do not think I could survive without my weekly trips there. You will probably be creating a baby registry here anyways, but if that was not in your plans you should highly consider it because when you sign up you qualify for a Baby Welcome Kit. It’s a box you will go pick up from your local Target full of samples and up to $50 worth of coupons. Moms say they’ve received everything from wipes to breast pads in theirs.

Hi and welcome to my little corner of the internet! I'm Kate Sorensen and I LOVE to find deals on all things kitchen, family, home, beauty, women's & kid's clothing and more. Hi I love your website! Wish I’d found it a lot sooner. One excellent resource I’ve been using is called Care Net. It’s a nationwide network of pregnancy/parenting centers. It’s a Christian organization but open to those of any religion and very non-judgmental/non-proselytizing. They’re COMPLETELY free with no catch. They’re a privately funded program so there’s no government involvement whatsoever. They offer free pregnancy tests, free ultrasounds, and parenting classes. The parenting classes are part of the Earn While You Learn program-you basically attend a class every week for an hour and earn points you redeem in their “mart” for whatever your baby needs. The MOPS group (mothers of preschoolers) is also a lot of fun and great way to meet other moms and let my little guy play with others his age. Thought I’d pass along the info.
Books. Some of my most treasured childhood memories are of sitting on my mother’s lap while she read to me. It’s a tradition I kept alive with my own children. We lived about an hour from the nearest town with a library, so I was quite thankful to learn about Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. This amazing program will send your child a free book every month until he is five years old. Just check the site to see if your area is eligible. If not, check out this list of free Kindle books for little ones! Or just check it out anyways—books are awesome.
Car Seat. A car seat is probably the most important item to get before your baby is born. It also happens to be one of the most expensive. One of the best places to go for an affordable car seat is the Safe Kids Network. Follow the link provided and search for a local coalition. Many have reduced price or free car seats. The site can also refers you to a local community agency.
Gerber. One of the most trusted and well-known brands of baby food, Gerber offers a Nutrition Kit for new moms from participating hospitals. Simply check the list of hospitals to see if yours is on it, print out the coupon in the link, and bring it with you to present to the nurse after delivery. This kit comes complete with free formula samples, a breastfeeding blanket, and a wealth of coupons.

When you sign up for the Dr. Seuss & His Friends book club subscription, you will get 4 books for $4.99 and no shipping costs. It is definitely a steal. Dr. Seuss books are classic and I love my bedtime memories of reading them with my kids. Make sure to cancel the subscription, which is a piece of cake to do online to prevent this from becoming a recurring charge. Here’s the link to register.
