She’s talking about the sling, pillow, leggings, etc post. They charge like $15 shipping… which is basically the price of one of those items on amazon. I did find out that if you leave the site after seeing that the shipping is ridiculous, they’ll text you saying they’ll drop it a few dollars… I finally went ahead and got the nursing pillow because they’re pretty expensive everywhere else, it was still a decent deal…. however, some of the other stuff, not so much. /injects>
As a young mother on a budget, I often found myself wondering how on earth I was going to afford all the many, many things a baby needed without robbing Peter to pay Paul. Six years and three children later, I have found there are so many amazing resources for free baby stuff out there that many parents don’t know about. I’ve made it a personal mission to help share the resources I’ve found with as many families as I can. From baby coupons to completely free items, there’s something on this list for everyone!
Huggies. When you buy Huggies products, you’ll notice a code somewhere on the container. If you log onto their website and join their rewards program, you’ll be able to redeem that code for points towards coupons, diapers, and many other Huggies items. Registration for their Little Huggies program will also net you a free sample of their diapers, with one or two newborn sized diapers and a small pack of wipes.

Entertainment. There are days when you’re just too tired to mom anymore, when the baby has been up teething all night and you need just ten minutes of peace and quiet. Why not play that timeless children’s favorite, Sesame Street? It is a great educational program that keeps your little one quiet and content while you freshen up and grab a cup of coffee. (Hopefully not the same one you tried to drink yesterday.) Amazon is offering free downloads of some of the show’s seasons for a limited time, so download away and go get that cup of coffee—you deserve it, Mom!
I read an article the other day that said it takes at least $277,000 to raise a child so there is no reason not to get an early start! Scoring free baby samples is just one way to prepare for a baby on a budget so make sure that you’re doing other things to prepare for your baby frugally.  You could start an investment account with Stash. When you use THIS link they will either give you $5.00 free or 1 year of Stash free. You could learn how to earn free gift cards online over HERE. Breastfeeding is a wonderful bonding experience for mom and baby. I certainly enjoyed every moment of this special relationship with my babies while it lasted. As a new mom, there were things I didn’t know I would need for breastfeeding. Those costs added up quickly. Thankfully, there are many companies that give out free stuff for moms. Here are a few of my favorites. Please note that you may still need to pay for shipping fees.

Target is my life. No for real, I do not think I could survive without my weekly trips there. You will probably be creating a baby registry here anyways, but if that was not in your plans you should highly consider it because when you sign up you qualify for a Baby Welcome Kit. It’s a box you will go pick up from your local Target full of samples and up to $50 worth of coupons. Moms say they’ve received everything from wipes to breast pads in theirs.
